We are placing Chloe, a five year old golden. She has GOOD, for her hips, and NORMAL, for her eyes, heart, and elbows. We would like a single dog family, one with children would be a plus. She would prefer a large yard, since she is very athetic and playful. There would be a spay contract, before her papers are released. She is a pettite golden, she weighs in at 55 lbs, and right around 19 inches at the whithers. There is a small adoption fee of $300.

All puppies sold come with a one year health guarantee (On ALL genectic health defects), a health certificate, and life time support from us. No puppies or puppy may go home until they have reached at least eight weeks of age. Puppies that are sold as pets are sold with a spay/neuture agreement and limited AKC registration, puppies that are sold for show/breeding/field purposes are sold with a contract requiring all health clearances to be done, and with Full AKC registration. The price for a pet puppy and show/breeding/field puppy is determined on who the sire and dam of the litter are. A puppy may be reserved before the litter is born with a refundable deposit of $250.00, once the litter is born and the requested gender is available then that deposit and any deposit's made after the whelping of the litter is NON-refundable; all deposits made must be accompanied with a signed Pet contract or a Show Contract.
